Pour commencer, vous vous rendrez à Pastelería Florida, une boulangerie traditionnelle créée il y a plus de 80 ans pour prendre un incroyable petit-déjeuner. Là, vous dégusterez un petit-déjeuner traditionnel de la région andine accompagné par une délicieuse boisson chaude typique appelée Aguapanela.

Arrêt à: Avenida Carrera 7, Bogota Colombie

Après, vous irez au centre-ville à Septimazo, un endroit très diversifié où vous trouverez une grande variété de choses : des artistes de rue, des chanteurs, des stands alimentaires, des objets artisanaux, et bien plus encore. Sur le chemin, nous ferons quelques arrêts pour que vous puissiez essayer de nombreux stands alimentaires pour surprendre vos papilles.

Arrêt à: Plaza de Mercado de Paloquemao, Calle 19 # 25-04, Bogota 111611 Colombie

Puis vous vous rendrez à Paloquemao, l'un des plus grands et des plus anciens marchés alimentaires de la capitale, où vous pourrez trouver toute la richesse et la diversité agricole de la Colombie. Vous verrez également de la viande, du poisson, des produits artisanaux et un magnifique marché aux fleurs. Même si ce n'est pas la destination touristique typique, vous allez certainement l'adorer pour son atmosphère animée.

Had a great experience visiting one of Bogota's main markets. We tasted and sampled foods, fresh fruits and juices that are totally foreign our Canadian palate. Met interesting and knowledgeable vendors who were only too willing to spend time with us despite also having to accommodate real customers. Our private tour also included a fantastic lunch tamale and hot chocolate and cheese a Bogota treat. Best to choose the morning tour in order to visit the market when it is in full swing and all stalls are open.

Got to try so many good things! Unfortunately many of the vendors were closed by the time we got there, but the market is huge and it was still really worth it! If I went again I would do the morning time.

We kind of wandered around the market that we could have done on our own. I've been on other similar tours and they were fantastic. This one was so-so. The guide was friendly, though somewhat quiet and reserved. He did speak english, which was important. We tasted some fruits and juices in the market. We then went to a coffee shop/bakery where we had coffee, hot chocolate and some food products. Following that, we went to Candelario and had some great Chicha from fresh corn. Thanks for finding this gem. The rest of the candelario tour was ok. This wasn't a bad tour, but it definitely could have been better.

This was a wonderful tour and I had a grand time!! With my guide Juan Frederick and driver Jonathan, I went to the Plaza de Paloquemao to visit the market. I saw so many new and interesting fruits, vegetables, and other food. I also saw many different kinds of potatoes in all shapes and colors, each with its own I sampled many different new fruits, coffee and breads, and a special pork and rice dish at Lechoneria. We also stopped to visit a few churches on the way to the restaurant where we had a traditional chicken soup for lunch. Everything was delicious! Juan was very knowledgeable about Bogota and the foods he is a chef and a tour guide in his spare time. I highly recommend this tour.
