Excursion privée d'une demi-journée en tuk-tuk à Budapest

Our tour guide, zoltan, was a proud, positive well informed man. He took us to see picturesque highlights, and even left us near an excellent restaurant.

Having already been to Budapest earlier in the year we had asked if we could finish our tour near the castle, nothing was too much trouble, we saw st Stephens chapel, they quickly agreed to te route to take us to see it. The two guides Paul and Gabriel were wonderful and took us to places we would never have thought of visiting, the Ruin pub was fantastic and the information by Paul both verbally and visually (his book) was immensely helpful to understand the history of Budapest. I cannot fault this fabulous way of sightseeing around Budapest well worth the money.

Tu (not Tom or Lee) was an excellent guide and driver and provided a very personal tour for us. He was very knowledgeable about the sites of the city and allowed us sufficient time to see the sites where we had stopped. The Hungarian pastry he treated us to was very tasty. We were very glad we booked the half day version of this tour as we would not have been able to see all of these sites on our own. Thank you Tu for providing us a unique perspective of Budapest that we will ALWAYS remember.

Excellent way to see the major sites, obtain some history and not be rushed or in a large group that makes it difficult to see and hear. Our guides were very prepared to answer questions on many aspects of Budapest and its history, culture, etc I’d definitely consider this again in a new city

Excellent tour - guide was great and the vehicle could get into many places automobiles or buses could not.

After arriving via river cruise, and having toured Budapest on foot, and by bus, why would we tour again by Tuk Tuk? I had not seen but two other tuk tuks prior to boarding Zultan's tuk tuk, so what's the big deal? The deal is that the tuk-tuks flow along at traffic speed, but can zip down side streets too narrow for the bus tours. You can ride and get out and walk around monuments we only drove by. We stopped where we wanted to spend more time and Zoltan shared further insight about places we had just seen and ones that we missed seeing on other tours. Fabulous way to see the city. Our guide Paul was bang on time, and took great care of us. Our 4 hour trip was worth every penny as we saw the sites, including going up to the Buda hills, off the beaten track. We even had time to have a drink in a ruin bar and visit the market hall. Hearing about Budapests history and politics was fascinating. Paul even keeps a book of maps in the Tuk Tuk to help explain the historical changes to the land ownership. Will definitely book another trip when we return.

We were taken to all the major sites and have sufficient time to take photos of the magnificent view. The driver was friendly and courteous. He drove safely. If you have limited time in Budapest, Tuk Tuk is a very good choice as it covers almost everything you need to see and what you are left to do is to decide which site to enter.

What a great way to see the city. We were there for a week long river cruise and wanted an easy tour on our first day after a long flight. This was perfect! Peter, our guide, was excellent. Allowed us enough time at each stop for photos and some walking around. I would highly recommend this tour.
