The snorkeling was great. BUT you need to know this: 1 the kayaking and paddle boarding are one hour each. Not a pass for all day. 2 no one watches you in water. While paddle boarding, my son and I got caught in high winds and a current and couldn't get back. We waved and struggled for more than 30 minutes before another guest saw us and got help. We were exhausted and my son's feet were cut up from landing on coral every time the waves blew him off. He is an experienced paddle boarder - not a novice. 3 The driver was 30 minutes late that morning and for those who bought a half day package - they were really irritated b/c their trip was cut short.

This truly is Paradise Cove. I almost stayed in bed this day and skipped out but I am forever grateful that I got up. Everything about this was perfect. The safety presentation was informative and also made me comfortable to be out exploring. I have never had a better experience in my life and can say that this has lit a spark in me for snorkeling. We also went to Nassau and hands down I wish we would have went two days to Freeport just so I could visit Paradise Cove again. The driver was very organized and made sure everyone was accounted for to and from Paradise Cove. We followed the Safety Guide's recommendations on where to snorkel and saw a TON. More than 6 sea turtles grouped together, barracudas, parrotfish, stingray, grouper, sea urchin, a nurse shark, and almost any other fish you will find when searching Bahama's fish. The water was chilly but thankfully they had VERY cheap wetsuits for rent. Everyone who worked there seemed like they genuinely cared about the Cove and it's preservation. I didn't have any of the food, but the blended drinks are very cheap and very generous! The price, the view and the people who run this are worth paying ever penny for. Thank you all for the experience, hopefully one day I'll be back to rent one of the Villa's

The people were very nice and beach was great! One of the best places to snorkel right off the beach. We seen several sea turtles while we were snorkeling. We are looking forward to another trip to Paradise Cove.

Tour was to pick us up at 9am and yes it was our fault we were running late getting off ship but by 915 our bus was gone - we had to pay to get a cab over to the beach which was nice n beautiful there it was a big shack that had snorkel gear rentals, chair rental, food n lil gift shop it was nice and we enjoyed ourselves but the bus back to the ship was running bout half hour late on return but we made it back and made best of it . Was a longer drive to the place then i was expecting took bout 20-30min to get all the way there but this beach was deff better then the beach next store about 5min away that didnt hav much on it except the beach

It was a bit confusing figuring out where we would be picked up but eventually our group was met by the driver and from then on everything went smoothly. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and I have to tell you THIS WAS THE BEST SNORKELING LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I say that because the variety of beautiful, colorful fish was amazing and best of all.....there were sea turtles galore!!! It was absolutely awesome to have these beautiful creatures swimming around you!!! Thank you for a wonderful day! Oh one note: TAKE BUG SPRAY! There were a lot of biting flies and other bugs on the beach and dining areas. The bugs were annoying but swimming with those turtles made my day!
