The price is higher than you buy online U ticket, plus Uber cost to come there and inconvenient time
Bus ride was great and the park was much better than Disneyland, They had Fans and misters for the customers waiting in lines on a 95 degree day
The trip and transport to Universal was GREAT! The driver of our Bus was awesome. On time and courteous, my kids thought he was funny too. We had the best time at Universal as well. Despite the crowd of people we were still able to do everything we wanted. Would defiantly do this trip again. Thank you.
Would recommend this day tour to anyone. I have used Lux Bus in the past for a longer trip, I was impressed then - and now a few years later, still impressed! My experience of this company may be limited to a handful of trips, but in my opinion, this company is a class act! Book with confidence! Our tour driver, Alex....is a gem. He was entertaining the whole way aswell as informative. Driving the LA freeways overall is not for the faint of heart yet I felt perfectly safe and at ease the duration of our trip. Thankyou Alex!
This was terrific. Had plenty of time at universal studios and it was great not having to get ourselves there.

The tour was an absolutely brilliant way to get to Hollywood from Anaheim to avoid hiring a car. Universal is amazing as ever. I wouldn't however book with Viator again. The hotel I stayed at was on the drop down menu for pick-ups for this tour, yet the day before, whilst in LA I was told I needed to make my own way to another hotel by 7:30am the following day. Not knowing the area at all, this was not ideal and I had to then pay additional fees for taxi's. If my hotel wasn't available for a pick up then I think it's better for Viator to just not offer it in the first instance. The response I got from their customer services wasn't great I have to say, which I was really surprised at. So, whilst the Lux Bus America trip is absolutely brilliant, I would advise you book via someone else.
My grandson and I had a wonderful bus driver/ tour guide named Yola. Everything was spot on. Would recommend this transport tour to everyone. Picked us up and dropped us off safely to our hotel. Had a great vacation.
