We loved it
Wonderful host and excellent musicians. I thought the concert would be in a cavernous concert hall but the 'experience', which it truly is, takes place in an intimate room in a beautiful building give yourself time to get a look around. Nice, refreshing drinks served and a great CD souvenir included. A fun, multi-media introduction to Finland and its favorite composer. At first I thought there was a bit much talking, but actually all the background information is well worthwhile. Give yourself this treat for all the senses!
Wonderful musical experience as well as interesting information about Finland, accompanied by beautiful images of Finland Musicians were talented and the director of the program was a gem, full of personality and information. We enjoyed chatting with the musicians after the performance as well as other people who attended, fellow travelers and residents of Helsinki. Definitely put this on your to do list while in Helsinki. The CD that was in our seat is both enjoyable to listen to and the information in the cover is informative. travelers from US
Excellent musical experience. Duo of piano and violin, both wonderful musicians with knowledgeable narrator. Opportunity to meet and talk to performers afterwards.
