Même s'il est possible d'observer des raies mantas pendant la journée, elles se nourrissent plus activement la nuit, lorsque le plancton en abondance remonte à la surface de l'eau. En utilisant les lampes de plongée sans danger pour les raies mantas, vous pourrez les attirer à vous et les approcher de près.
Contrairement aux raies classiques, les raies mantas sont très sociables et n'ont pas de dents, de dards ni de barbillons. Gigantesques et magnifiques, ces animaux sont vraiment étonnants, leur envergure pouvant dépasser les 4,5 mètres ! Vous pouvez nager autour en toute sécurité, alors embarquez pour vivre une expérience aquatique inoubliable !

This company does it the best. They have a special lighting set up that attracts the mantas and makes for comfortable viewing.

The trip is great, but I am an experience diver, so being restricted to watch them from the surface is a bit annoying. I did enjoy the amazing approaches and acrobatics of the Manta Ray it was only one unfortunately and this is one of the cleverest tours I have even been. You are almost guarantee to see the rays as the lights attracted them to feed the plankton underneath.

There are several options of tours and we had the best! the biggest boat, best lighting to bring in the Manta Rays. As a certified scuba diver for over 50 years I give this experience a 10 out of 10. The crew was friendly, informative and beyond helpful as my wife has never been in the Ocean or snorkeled one of the dive crew stayed with her for her duration of the experience. After words to have hot soup which was incredible, hot chocolate ready to warm us up was a real treat. Bring your GoPro camera I got an hour ballet of three incredible Mantas so close the big one brushed against me several times and at 16 feet wide she was a beautiful. This is a must do when in Hawaii

What a fantastic experience! Definetly worth every penny! A once in a lifetime experience for us! I would highly recommend taking gravol or some type of motion-sickness pill before getting on the boat as you are floating/bobbing in the sea and on the boat for a very long time. Both my husband and I were quite sick after but so worth the amazing experience of being up close and personal with these beautiful creatures! One came so close that I felt it brush against my arm. Wow!
