We had a brilliant guide for our tour, My, who entertained and informed us all day long. She and the driver, Mr Tong, made sure that everything ran really smoothly. We knew we were pushing it to see everything we wanted to in one day, but had limited time in Saigon so booked the all in one tour. All practical arrangements went well, and we were provided with ice cold water which helped in the heat. The journey to the tunnels was 2 hours but broken by a stop at a government run facility where people with disability (affected by Agent Orange) produce traditional artwork. This we weren’t expecting, and we felt compelled to buy, given what we had already learned from My about the impact of Agent Orange. The time at Cu Chi Tunnels was very well spent, and we felt we had adequate time to learn and understand something of the history. Lunch was provided there which was really good. Another 2 hours in bus took us to Mekong Delta where we boarded a power boat, and then a rowing boat to see a range of features of that area, including again activities of local people who are making a living - coconut sweet factory, bee farm, fruit farm where we heard traditional music. We took another 2 hours to return to Saigon at the end of the day, a really good day. For the time we had available, it did the trick really well, but if we had longer I would have taken longer to explore the Mekong Delta as we didn’t get to see floating market which I would have liked. Recommend it.

An excellent guide led tour and a very comfortable bus. A very informative day including a good history of the country.

Lan (Unicorn in Vietnamese apparently) our guide was superb, very informative and funny but without being too intense. There is a fair bit of ‘van time’ being driven to each location but that was fine to have a rest in the heat. The tunnels are a ‘must’ if you are in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh as it is called now but nobody calls it that). Many thanks, unique and unforgetable

We really love this full-day tour. It's very educational and entertaining, thanks to Vu, our amazing tour guide. She explained very well, great English, knew when to throw in some fun in between making the whole day was quite entertaining. The tour itself is great. We intentionally chose this tour that was using Bus both ways, which was much cheaper than the Speed boat and it also gave us plenty of sightseeing opportunity along the way. Best value overall.

Very good day trip. Van was extremely comfortable. It was interesting to visit the Cu Chi tunnels and learn about the war from the The perspectives of the Vietnamese. Our tour guide Dao was lovely and couldn’t do enough for the group. It is a long day but I’d recommend doing this tour which combines the tunnels in the morning with a trip to the Mekong river in the afternoon.

We had a family emergency come up that didn't allow us to take part in this trip but after contacting them, they rebooked us for a half day tour that same day which was so unexpected. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Loved the trip, the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta. The transport was very comfortable although only 1 beer per person was provided. The lunch at Cu Chi was really good. The only downside was our tour guide was very difficult to understand. I found myself listening to the other guides at the tunnels who seemingly had more information and were easily understood. He was very friendly and helpful but his English was a bit limited, sorry ☹️

Best tour in the area. Our guide Sam was quite knowledgeable and spoke English well. The limo van seats were very cozy and had massagers in them! Lunch was some of the best food we have had in Vietnam. There is also free Wi-Fi in the limo van.

The luxury bus is a perfect way to be transported - good driver and guide. The Cu Chi Tunnels was very interesting. However we had chosen the combi with Mekong Ðelta. Our view is that it gives too much driving, too many turisttraps, eg. a place with handicapworkers who make wooden things at very high prices, a long drive to sail at the Mekong Delta and visiting a place with local musicians which you have to tip and a long drive back - so our advice will be - just stick to the tunnels

It was more an upper end minivan rather than limo car. Tour guide, Ken, was great. Prepare small change for various tips along the way.

First off, I'd like to say that we had the most amazing guide. Vu was a super awesome guide! She's knowledgeable, upbeat and so funny! The trip was well planned. Chu Chi tunnels are a work of art and a must visit. After the tunnels we went to the Mekong delta where we experienced the local culture, food, fruits, and local industries. The van was very comfortable. All in all, a day well spent!A big shout out to Vu once again! All the best!
