À 9:00, vous quitterez votre hôtel pour une excursion d'une demi-journée. Tout d'abord, vous visiterez la magnifique église byzantine de Sainte-Sophie, l'une des plus belles réalisations architecturales du monde, désignée comme la 8e merveille du monde par de nombreux historiens. Puis, vous continuerez jusqu'à la Mosquée bleue, l'une des plus grandes mosquées d'Istanbul, datant du XVIIe siècle. C'est l'un des principaux monuments qui ornent les rues d'Istanbul et elle est également célèbre pour ses mosaïques bleues et ses six minarets. Vous visiterez également l'hippodrome, l'ancien centre sportif et politique de Constantinople. Pendant la visite, vous pourrez admirer l'obélisque d'Égypte, la colonne serpentine de Delphes, la colonne de Constantin et la fontaine de W. Startilhelm II. La dernière visite de la matinée a lieu au grand bazar, qui en plus de son importance historique, est un bazar qui vous tentera avec sa riche collection de précieux tapis faits main, de bijoux, de cuirs et de souvenirs. À la fin de vos visites, vous serez transféré à votre hôtel.

If you only have a short time in Istanbul then this tour is great and shows you the majority of the main sights. However the tour guide Jayla (not sure if spelling) left much to be desired. I would recommend that you check the name of your guide before confirming your booking. There were a range of ages in the whole tour group, which included an elderly couple and one of them couldn’t walk very fast. To cut a long story short they got lost and had to call the company to complain and ask them to find them. There was no apology just ignorance and blamed them for not keeping up and following her umbrella. I am able to walk but her pace was not walking it was very brisk and unnecessary. At the end of the tour, as we only took part in the day tour, I was asked if I wanted to be dropped off st the hotel and I said yes as that was included in the booked. She then made a comment that it was walkable and was annoyed that I wanted to be dropped off. If I had been given directions we would have happily walked back, however having arrived just the night before to a brand new country how was I supposed to know my bearings? Then in the bus she proceeded to shout at me as I wasn’t listening to her and she was taking to me. First of all the bus was noisy with everyone talking and I was right at the back, how on earth am I supposed to know she was talking to me? I am a very calm person and it takes a lot to upset or annoy me but I can say that she succeeded on both counts. Her attitude was just rude and uncalled for, if a person doesn’t like their job they should change it and not ruin experiences for anyone. Please do not let this put you off the tour itself but please do check on your guide!

Great guide, very informative and a good introduction to Istanbul. Mini bus pick up from hotel and the drive to the sites included a brief history of the Bosphorus

just an Honest review! this company doesn't even deserve 1 star. they are very unprofessional. the company in charge of this tour is under the name of Karavan Travel which I will not recommend, you better look for another company. They need to learn more about how to make business. I was staying in Istanbul for 1 day only and they completely wasted my time.

I booked this tour for my 1st day to familiarise with the place and to get the most touristy spots done. Our guide Ozcan spoke excellent English and had impressively vast knowledge about history, current affairs, economics etc (uni lecturer). The time allowed for the tour was too short in my opinion.
