Excursion en buggy tout terrain à Lanzarote
L’expérience commence par un ramassage à des points de rendez-vous à Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca ou Costa Teguise.
En quittant Tahiche nous partirons pour la ville de Nazaret, où se trouve Lagomar. Ici vous recevrez une vue d’ensemble sur la maison d’Omar Sharif et l'île de Lanzarote. De Nazaret nous emprunterons un chemin de terre vers Teguise, la vieille capitale de l’île. À notre arrivée nous ferons une pause-café de 20 minutes et une promenade autour du centre historique.
Nous poursuivrons notre route vers Famara, d'où vous pourrez voir les îles de la Graciosa, Montaña Clara et La Alegranza qui forment l'archipel Chinijo, une beauté naturelle située au large de la côte nord de Lanzarote. Nous verrons également les dunes de sable depuis ce point. Ici nous ferons une courte escale pour les photos et les informations.
Nous reprendrons notre voyage en direction de Soo jusqu'à ce que nous entrions dans le charmant village côtier de La Santa. De là nous atteindrons le village de Mancha Blanca où nous visiterons le Centre des visiteurs pour avoir une idée de la façon dont les anciens habitants vivaient avec un volcan actif. Au centre, vous pourrez profiter d'une simulation d'un volcan dans une grotte. Après la visite du Centre des visiteurs nous nous dirigerons vers La Geria à travers une piste intérieure pour découvrir la plantation de malvasía (raisins typiques de Lanzarote). La plantation est visible des deux côtés de la route et recouvre la totalité de La Geria.
Nous prendrons ensuite la direction du volcan Tinguatón, à l’intérieur duquel nous ferons une promenade (env. 30 minutes). Une fois la promenade terminée, nous irons dans une cave à vin où nous profiterons d'une dégustation de vin.

This was the worst tour I have ever taken I have traveled in 75 countries in my life. The guides could not be bothered with us at all. Besides not even telling us after we arrived at the center what was going on, or where to go, they never really spoke to use on the entire trip. So outside of using GPS on my phone, we were never told where we were, what we were seeing or anything about the islands, its sights etc. Worst of all, my buggy was too big for me I am 5'2. they got me a pillow, and i spent most of the trip so concentrated on not losing control because i could barely reach the petals and worried, sometimes downright panicked on sandy tracks, going fast - this was not safe, especially because it was really windy. I found out later there were buggies where the seat moved forward - but they just could not be bothered. At lunch, the guides sat together and left us to our own devices, never speaking to us - except of course to tell us that only certain thing on the menu were included in the price. the only person that bothered to speak to me at all from the staff was the nice Italian that picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off. I would not recommend this tour with this company. And as i am a journalist writing a travel article, i certainly won't compliment it in my article either. Let me put it this way: I could not wait until it was over. It's a shame because Lanzarote is a beautiful island, and a buggy is a nice way to see it, and on every prior trip, i wanted to take this tour. But the only reason that i knew what we were seeing or anything about it is because i have explored this island three times in a car on prior trips, and i had read up on places, and visited them before. Most of all, I feel really lucky that i didn't get hurt or hurt anyone. What a waste of 150 euros.
Not enough information was given, didn’t mention about driving license so I left them in hotel. Soon as I get in to the bus driver refused to wait for me until I bring license and just left without me that’s how I lost 100 pounds.
Such a great experience! Mattao was hilarious, informative and safety minded. Lanzarote is such an amazing and strange landscape, what better way to be see it then by 4 wheeler. My husband and I did the 3 hour tour and it was the perfect length of time to zip along the ocean, see some salt minds, and then head up towards the volcanoes. This is a trip that is meant for the physically strong though. My husband did all the driving, even though I have used 4 wheelers on horse farms in the past. Some of the areas were quite rocky and angular and I dont think I would have had the strength to keep us on the path. Highly recommend!
