4 h

This was an outstanding tour at a very fair price. On our tour day, it rained and the company gave us the option of meeting at the final destination. All but two of our group decided to rough it and ride in the rain. The company provided rain gear and water for the trip. The guides were very knowledgeable and we made several stops to be given the history of the area where we stopped. The market was fantastic! The tasting were well organized even while the market was doing a brisk business. One of the few things that I feel could be improved is a quick lesson on riding a bicycle in Lyon. The city is very bicycle friendly but does have laws specific to cyclists such as traffic signals specifically for cyclists at most intersections. A few of our party were not aware of the signals and ended up in traffic when they should not have. That being said, a little common sense will keep everyone safe. The bikes were a breeze to operate I'm 60 and were no work at all. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Great experience!

The guide was very safety concious and took good care of us. The gourmet part was yummy. Could have spent more time in the market.

Etienne was a great tour guide who calmed my doubts traffic, lack of fitness, etc in the beginning and led us through some gorgeous parts of Lyon, providing historical background on the way at regular stops. The highlight though, was the markets where Eric gave architectural and historical significance of the markets Erienne translated, and then introduced us to the shops and some tastings. Everyone was generous with their time and company. Highly recommended!

The tour guides were great! My husband and I were initially a little uncertain of the electric bikes but we quickly and easily mastered them and we are in our 60s/70s!. The two guides paced the tour perfectly, stopping periodically to talk about the sights and culture of Lyon. We traveled through a wonderful two mile tunnel and had a great time at the Les Halle de Lyon- such a marvelous selection of food! And an interesting history. We are very glad we took the tour - and loved our two guides Elian and Jeremy.
