I booked this tour but when they showed up they had us under a totally separate excursion, they did get it figured out and we were able to go on this trip, it was good! 3 cenotes to swim in, I liked the first two, the last one in the same area was more open and had leaves and more fish in the water. The guide made sure we all stayed together and went from one cenote to another, total of 2 hours swim time, then ate lunch which was included just drinks we had to pay for.

Great tour, bi-lingual staff, lunch was amazing, cenotes were beautiful, picked up on time, staff went out of their way to make sure my wife who is Vegan had something to eat even though they had no prior notice of her dietary restrictions. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for a fun filled day in Mexico!

This was an amazing day viewing the cenotes! Our pick up was on time and professional. We had a very small car since our group was only 3 people in total for the day. We were extremely slow going out to Cuzama because the guide wanted to show us everything. The first part was interesting, but eventually it seemed like he was saying the same things over again. This is the only thing that took it down to 4 stars for me. The cenotes were beautiful and the guide gave us as much time to swim as we wanted. The horse buggy there and back were a blast! No towels are provided, and you can rent a mask for 50 pesos if you choose. They recently completed a third cenote to swim in that was wonderful and deep - and a touch colder than the others. The normal 3rd cenote now the 4th is not suitable for swimming. Lunch was amazing at the restaurant. The poc-chuc I highly recommend as the meal you choose, as well as the sopa de lima for your starter. The horchata was also amazing. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone!

This was a wonderful and informative trip. Our guide, Gabriel, not only gave us information about the cenotes , which was what the trip was, but also added information about the area, the people, the history and even some names of local plants. The group was fairly small and he spoke both Spanish and English so we all could understand. The cenotes were amazing and the ride on the horse drawn truck was fun. Getting to swim in 3 cenotes was an unforgettable experience. A hint would be to bring goggles and maybe a snorkel to see the fish and other underwater things better. The food and drinks at the end were great. Highly recommend this trip.

This was an excellent tour! The cenotes on this property were quite impressive, each one better than the previous. We spent the better part of the day swimming in the pristine and crystal clear pools. One was small and open to the elements and surrounded by a sloping hill covered in trees, with a little cave you could stand in. We were so impressed, but we had no idea what was still in store for us! Then, we rode on a horse-led cart, a crazy hand-made contraption on miniature railroad tracks to the next cenote. We walked along a lovely limestone path, and WOW!! Awaiting us was a gorgeous, illuminated, pure white dome of limestone and an enormous, clear pool of refreshing water. It was our favorite cenote. We spent an hour swimming in that pool. The silence and peacefulness was like a spiritual experience. Not to be outdone, our final cenote was loaded with stalactites, thousands of them, with the roots of giant ficus trees dangling down to the water's surface. So many birds flitted in and out of the cave's entrance, and moths the size of bats fluttered around us. It was also remarkable, and very different form the others. Our lunch was served in a beautiful thatch-roofed restaurant, which appeared to be a brand new facility. The food was yummy, and the service was welcoming. Our guide was very sweet and informative, and I was relieved to have someone else do the tedious driving through tiny little towns with countless bikes and pedestrians. Being low-season, we were literally the ONLY people there, aside from one other person on our tour. It felt like a very private tour, and it was the highlight of our family vacation.
