Tour guide was fantastic and timely. Restaurant was fun as well!! Information given was informative . The bus was also comfortable!
Too far to walk from drop/pick up! Otherwise good. Driver informative and pleasant! Good dinner!!!!!!
After the BBQ told the bus driver that my wife and I were going to the bathroom. He said we have plenty of time. After coming out of the bathroom, I see out the restaurant window the bus leaving without us. I start running after the bus screaming for him to stop and fortunately there was a traffic light or stop sign (don’t recall which one) and I caught up with the bus and knocked on the bus door. The driver’s response was “oh, I thought you and your wife were in the bus”. There should be some system in place that prevents things like this. Maybe counting the people on the bus at the outset and then again when the bus leaves - those numbers should match. It’s a pretty simple method of preventing a potentially disastrous evening out. I hope you institute a change
They picked us up at our resort promptly in the range they told us they would. The bus was very clean and comfortable. AC worked great - Thank Goodness. We picked up the other guests on the tour and we were off. Unlike other tours this was a Full Plate dinner tour. We went to Jacks BBQ. 4 of us all got something different and shared. Food was great!! Then the tour.. WOW.. we drove around and learned so much and say so much. Well worth the money! Then they took us back to our hotel. I would highly recommend to anyone.
When we confirmed our booking we were told to be out front of the hotel at 5:30 and the van would pick us up between 530 and 6. At 6:15 I called them and was assured that our van would be there within 5 minutes. At 6:35 I called them again and was assured they were minutes away. I said we wanted to cancel as we were not going to wait any longer. I was told that if we canceled we would not get our money back and that the van would be there in minutes . We waited another 10 minutes and the van finally showed up. When I went to sit down there was a bunch of garbage on both seats and had to remove it to sit down. Other passengers were complaining that they also had waited a long time for the van. The BBQ at Jacks was great, the tour was good but couldnt really see anything as it was dark and sat on the wrong side of the van. By the time we got to Broadway Street we chose to go back to our hotel. Six other passengers also chose to have the van driver take them back to their hotel. Rip off.
Wow, all I can say is how 'finger licking good' the ribs were. Would definitely do this dinner tour again.
Night of the superbowl , only 3 of us on it, meal was very average really ,
This tour was good and our guide was super friendly. Our BBQ dinner was also lovely.
