Votre chauffeur vous prendra en charge à votre hôtel à Delhi à 6:00 pour commencer la visite. Vous commencerez ensuite votre promenade de 3 heures pour Agra avec une arrivée à 9:00. À votre arrivée, vous aurez l'occasion de voir à le spectaculaire Taj Mahal. Votre guide vous rejoindra et vous fera visiter le monument. Prenez le temps d'admirer ce bâtiment majestueux, site classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et l'un des plus célèbres et magnifiques bâtiments au monde. Émerveillez-vous alors que votre guide local expert vous expliquera tous les mystères du Taj Mahal et son architecture.
À 11:00 visitez le Fort Rouge à proximité, un autre bâtiment incroyable qui est également un site classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Souvent oublié derrière le Taj Mahal voisin, le Fort Rouge comporte plus d’architecture imposante et de magnifiques pavillons. Votre guide vous enseignera tout sur ses origines, un parcours historique et de magnifiques palais à l'intérieur du fort.
À 13:00, faites une pause avec un peu de temps libre pour déjeuner. Ensuite, vers 14:00, rendez-vous pour visiter le petit Taj Mahal, le tombeau d’Itimad-ud-Daulah. Ce site est une autre merveille d'architecture, qui se situe sur la rive opposée de la rivière Yamuna. Il est aussi appelé mini Taj Mahal car il a de nombreuses similitudes avec le Taj Mahal lui-même y compris : les minarets, la pierre appelée « pietra dura » et le treillis. Votre guide vous expliquera son histoire, la sculpture et l'architecture.
À 14:30, visitez Mehtab Bagh (jardin du clair de lune) pour une vue impressionnante et romantique du Taj Mahal. Mahtab Bagh se trouve de l'autre côté de la rivière Yamuna en partant du Taj Mahal, et c'est l'endroit idéal pour voir le Taj Mahal sans la foule. De là, on peut se détendre au calme et admirer le monument. Votre guide vous expliquera ensuite l'histoire de ce magnifique jardin.
À 15:00, retour en voiture à Delhi et dépôt à votre hôtel.

This was so worth the 3 hour drive each way from New Delhi. Early morning pick up by the driver and then meeting Sameer, the guide in Agra. It was a smooth ride and as a female traveler alone, I felt safe and looked after. These guys are professionals. Sameer is a wealth of information...and the Taj Mahal the pictures don't do it justice...you are just in awe of this structure comes alive with stories of the Mughal and his three wives. We took our time and after 1.5 hours at the Taj Mahal, and 109 degree weather, I was ready to go home. No pressure to visit shops or see other places even though they were included in the rate. They were accommodating and took the cue from the client. Many thanks Sameer!!

I had a wonderful time on this tour! The Kaimur Holidays gentlemen were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was really excited to visit Agra to see the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort, and I learned a lot in the process. We moved at a comfortable pace throughout the tour, allowing me to take all the pictures I wanted and to embrace the experience. I also appreciated that I was able to customize the tour according to my preferences. I would recommend Kaimur Holidays to anyone interested in visiting Agra.

This was a great day trip - and one of the most economical private tours available. The tour operator was Kaimur Holidays and they were fantastic. I was able to communicate with them via WhatsApp I did not have a local phone number and they were very helpful in arranging for my pickup and dropoff. Our guide was very knowledgeable, spoke great English and ensured a memorable day. I would definitely use them again if I'm back in the area.

My very first visit to the Taj Mahal was not something I wanted to leave to chance. Your first view of this heaven on earth should be facilitated by a team of professionals who know how to make travel dreams come true. Fortunately, I booked a private day tour through Kaimur Holidays. My wonderful driver Ramesh arrived promptly at my hotel in a comfortable, immaculate, very well air-conditioned car crucial as this was the hottest June on record in the plains of North Central India!. The new highway from Delhi to Agra makes the journey a pleasant two and a half hours with comfortable rest stops along the way. Once in Agra, I had the pleasure to meet my guide, Sameer. Sameer holds a graduate diploma in history and his knowledge of Agra and the Mughal Emperors was outstanding. I should mention that I am a retired professor with a PhD in history, so I feel that my commendation of Sameer's qualifications does carry some weight! He is not only an expert in history- Sameer is also very personable, patient, good humored, speaks impeccable English, and is an excellent conversationalist. I was so delighted with the services of Sameer, Ramesh, and Kaimur Holidays that I am booking a private tour through Rajasthan with the exact same team in August. I cannot wait! Visited June 2016

This tour was awesome! There are no words to describe how magnificient the Taj Mahal was and Agra Fort was amazing too. My tour guide Shan was very knowledgeable and very patient when I wanted to linger a little longer or take numerous photographs.
