Après avoir retrouvé votre guide à un point de rencontre central, vous commencerez votre aventure en vous dirigeant vers les rives du Rio Cuale, tout en admirant la vue et les montagnes de la Sierra Madre occidentale.

Votre excursion sera remplie d'aventure, de sensations fortes et de divertissement extrême. Tout d'abord, vous serez conduit à travers la jungle par votre guide professionnel pour commencer la descente en tyrolienne. Vous vous élèverez dans les airs d'une rampe à l'autre, en admirant les montagnes et en sentant monter l'adrénaline. Ensuite, vous vous promènerez dans la jungle en admirant la faune et la flore indigènes tandis que vous traversez deux ponts situés sur un côté de la montagne. Vous atteindrez un bord à partir duquel vous aurez la possibilité de descendre en rappel sur 27 mètres de hauteur ou de faire une chute libre de 24 mètres.

Ensuite, vous pourrez vous rafraîchir en profitant d’une descente en bouée sur le fleuve Cuale en direction des mulets qui vous conduiront au sommet de la colline pour profiter de l’excursion tequila. Après toutes ces sensations fortes, vous pourrez vous détendre et explorer l'histoire de la tequila et comment elle est produite. Vous pourrez également goûter les différentes saveurs de la tequila, du complément de cette excellente journée d'aventure.

This was an excellent excursion. The ziplining was authentic and not the typical theme park type that we've tried before. There are also some surprises for the thrill seekers throughout the excursion. We lucked out and had Estaban and Andrea to ourselves and I can't say enough about these two! They truly made this adventure 5 stars. They were engaging and held conversation with us the entire 2 hours. It wasn't just a tour...we actually go to know them! They both went above and beyond during their time with us. The river was low in some spots, but Andrea jumped in and swam behind us to help us through the shallow areas. At the end, my husband was not feeling well from the night before so we skipped the tequila tasting. We would have had to wait another hour to 1 1/2 hours before they were ready to take us back, but Esteban pulled some magic and arranged private transportation for us back to town we paid. Something to know: there are several pick up/drop off points so do not expect to go straight to the excursion location. You should plan to be in an open-air truck for 45 min to one hour on the way there. You also have to wait for the whole group to finish their excursions before you all head back you'll be drinking tequila or eating at the restaurant while you wait. We left our pick up location at 11:20 and left an hour before everyone else and arrived back at 4:30.

Canopy River was great. The Adventure Tour flowed from one activity to another, seamlessly. At first, I was a bit annoyed that we stayed another hour after the tour, but while eating yummy foods, and drinking a delicious margarita, I appreciated the relaxing time.
