First and foremost the staff was great. Our group leader Pewee was very friendly and helpful as was everyone else. The activities were a lot of fun and we always felt safe. Ziplining was so much fun but the best part was the rollercoaster ride. I would definitely book again. Great time

This adventure had everything. Speed boat, horseback riding, many zip lines, repelling, jeep ride, roller coaster ride, and a long water slide. Plus you get to see these small little towns. We had a blast.

Highly recommend this. Guides were super knowledgeable and safety was a high priority. Beautiful way to see the country. Not too impressed with the last stop at the restaurant where we felt pressured to order a meal.

I'm giving this tour 5 stars because it was the highlight of our trip for my three teens and me, but I do NOT recommend purchasing the excursion via Viator. Instead, wait until you get to Puerto Vallarta, then find a Vallarta Adventures kiosk they were stationed every few blocks on the beach in the Zona Romantica. You'll get a better deal, plus you can get a discount for multiple excursion, plus you won't have to worry about calling when you get there. I could not reach a live person and had to go to a kiosk and beg for help to reach their office. That said, this trip had it all! From start to finish, we had a blast. The first 2 seconds of ziplining were terrifying, and then it was absolutely exhilarating. Same with the rappelling and waterslides. Our guides, Joy, Oregon, Rio, Cesar, Lancer, and yikes, we can't remember your name, but you were awesome were incredibly professional and practiced safety first, even though they joked around with us and were a big part of the fun! If you only get to do one trip, this is the one. We will do it again the next time we go!

The tour was everything I expected it to be and more. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The tour started promptly on time, which is always a plus for me. The staff had great energy, patience, and made safety a priority. I would definitely recommend this tour! It's worth every dime!!!

THIS WAS THE BEST ADVENTURE EVER!!! It definitely exceeded my expectations from reading the description of tour. It was FANTASTIC from minute one to end. It began with the approx. 30 min speed boat ride to the coast of boca de tomatlan, once there, boarded 4x4 jeeps thru quaint town proceeding up the mountain to the base site to begin this great adventure. After receiving detailed instructions, we were equipped with zip lining gear/safety equipment. We then were matched with Mules and began our escalation up the mountain for approx. 20 min. The tour consisted of about 9 zip lines, additionally a great rappel alongside a beautiful waterfall and at the end a wonderful waterslide splashdown. During this tour we got to appreciate the amazing scenery during our hikes from one site to the next. The staff helped you feel at ease and very safe always. This was definitely for me a bucket list item. We were a group of 4 being the oldest of tour group of 15 in our 50's we had the best time ever!!!!!

Great adventure well run by a trained staff. We would book this again! Unfortunately, no photos available to post since cameras are not allowed on the tour. They take pictures throughout, but charge an exorbitant fee for them at the end of the tour.
