Our guide was easy to understand and very informative. Every thing is so beautiful. Easy to find your office was a plus.
Skipping the line and avoiding the heat in August was almost worth the price alone but our guide made the experience worth more. Christina education and passion for the arts shined through. She described the history, significance of the art, and artist. She was able to maneuver through the chaos around and get us in front of the great works of art. Christina and the tour was excellent. Thanks so much
The driver and the tour escort were very kind and amazing. We generally had much fun in the tour. The only disadvantage we had is the short time we spent in Florence and the local guide was like in rush and in hurry. We felt we could have spent more time in Florence.
Arrived at the address to be told by one of the helpers on the street to report at one of the offices. From there we were told to follow a guide who would take us into the Vatican museum ...no other instructions were given to us. We then proceeded to follow the guide through the busy street bring careful not to lose him through the busy crowd. Once we were in he gave us tickets and said you are on your own...no other instructions. At this point it was fine by us as we opted to look through the museum at our own pace so selected a tour without a guide. Once we viewed the Sistine chapel and museum we proceeded to find where to go to see St Peters as our ticket included this. Signage was not obvious so we asked. We asked several personal and each of them advised we had to exit the building. Not one of them asked what type of admission ticket we had purchased. Once we were outside we proceeded to get instructions from a helper on the street only to be told that we should of accessed St. Peter’s from inside as we had a skip the queue ticket. Now that we had exited we would have to join the long line. At no point was this ever pointed out. By now the line was so long that we elected to forfeit this part of the tour and disappointingly did not get to see St Peters. I feel If the person in the office just took a minute to explain the process we could of avoided this. It was very rushed and very disorganised...I would not recommend.
The tour company was very disorganized and it took over 30 minutes to get to the destination. The group was way too big at 30+ people and the guide had to spend a lot of time keeping us all together. I would say half of the total time was not spent on the tour. Only 5 minutes in Sistine chapel. Very disappointed and Viator didn’t respond to my emails for assistance. I would not recommend this tour.
