À l'arrivée, rencontrez les chaleureux propriétaires du restaurant - véritables amoureux de la cuisine italienne traditionnelle et du vin, ils produisent également du fromage et d'autres spécialités locales. Ensuite, suivez votre guide dans la salle à manger élégamment décorée, en respirant les arômes enivrants qui proviennent de la cuisine, et descendez jusqu'à la cave privée du restaurant.

Promenez-vous dans la cave et plongez dans l'atmosphère unique de ce cadre incroyable, historique - pendant les travaux de rénovation dans le quartier, une imposante structure romaine a été découverte au niveau du sol de la cave. Le moment venu, réunissez-vous avec votre petit groupe pour déguster un apéritif italien classique. Sirotez un verre de Prosecco tout en savourant une sélection appétissante de charcuterie et de riches fromages régionaux.

Après votre apéritif, retournez dans le restaurant et prenez place à votre table réservée pour votre très tentant dîner de trois plats. Régalez-vous de chaque plat de délices italiens superbement préparés tels que pâtes romaines et bœuf à la purée de pommes de terre. Avec chaque plat, dégustez un échantillon de vin fin parfaitement harmonisé par le chef et guide, et vous apprenez comment les délicats parfums du vin enrichissent les saveurs de votre nourriture.

Votre expérience se termine devant le Panthéon. Prenez un moment pour vous émerveiller devant la façade illuminée de ce bâtiment majestueux, avant de retourner à votre hôtel par vos propres moyens.

My husband, my father in law, brother and sister in law did this while in Rome. I can't say enough good things about this. By far our best food of our trip thus far. The food is second however to the wonderful time we had. Everyone in our party can't stop raving about the staff, location and the entire evening. I highly recommend this tour.

Booked this as a special treat for my partner's 60th birthday and was delighted with the whole evening. We got very wet on our way to the meeting point but were greeted very warmly by our guide Martina and also by the restaurant owners when we arrived. The restaurant with its stained glass ceiling and racks of wine lining the walls has a timeless feel to it. We were taken down into the wine cellars for prosecco with appetizers and shown a wall dating back to 1BC. Very special indeed! Upstairs we were seated round the table, it was great to get to know our fellow tourists from the USA and UK. Martina told us about the family, how they set up the restaurant and obviously has a very fond relationship with them. She was an excellent host, explaining the different wines and food courses to us as well as sharing general information about Roman cuisine. She also showed an interest in every party and offered to help with any recommendations for visits to other cities. The food was delicious, the wines a perfect choice for each course and the whole evening was delightful. It all ended far too soon. We came out and passed by the Pantheon which is lit up at night, adding to the evening's special mood. Many thanks to the Martina and the Bleve family for this great experience!

This was a perfect evening. The wine and food were excellent. Starting our tasting in the wine cellar was a real treat. Our guide was so informative. Everything she told us was interesting. We learned so much. Highly recommend this experience. Wonderful restaurant.
