Les participants de ce programme apprendront comment préparer un authentique strudel aux pommes autrichien et la spécialité locale le Salzburger Nockerl. Pendant le cours vous serez guidé par un chef expérimenté. Les petits groupes de 3 à 5 personnes devront participer pleinement à toutes les étapes de la préparation. Des activités telles que l'étalage de la pâte peuvent être très amusantes et toute l'expérience de confection du strudel ne manquera pas d'être aussi enrichissante que la dégustation du résultat final lui-même. Outre le strudel aux pommes, les participants ont l'occasion de s'essayer à l'un des plus célèbres et des plus spectaculaires desserts de Salzbourg - le Salzburger Nockerl. Pour ne pas gâcher la surprise, nous ne pouvons dire que ceci - ce sera très agréable. Pour le déjeuner le programme inclut également une soupe goulasch traditionnelle et savoureuse qui vous sera servie avant vos propres créations culinaires.

Excellent small class (4 couples) learning how to make apple strudel. With the small class there was much hands-on instruction on making strudel. Very informative and relaxed atmosphere complete with beverages (wine, soda or water) over the 2 hour class. Lunch was provided while our strudel was cooking. Very enjoyable. Don't miss this fun opportunity. Definitely 5 stars!
This was such a great time. I went with my mom and we had a wonderful time, very engaging, you learn something, enjoy yourself and get to taste your strudel. What more can you ask for. Fun team work and small setting so you socialize with others. The instructor was very good and engaging.
My mom and I took this class and we had the BEST time! It was a small group (about 10 people), we learned how to make the dough, prepare the filling and put it all together. We even learned how to make Austrian Nockerl while our strudel was baking! For lunch we had Goulash soup that was delicious! We would highly recommend this class!!

What a great time we had. Location is so interesting. Built in the base of the mountain. Everything was ready for us to prepare and the process was fun. Would highly recommend this tour.
