Itinerary

Kitesurfing allows you to improve your physical shape and fill you with adrenaline. This course for beginners is done in 3 hours and will always be accompanied by an instructor, so your progress will be faster than usual.
You will have a class on land where you will acquire all the necessary theoretical knowledge, such as the kite flight window, basic safety rules, and kite handling. You will learn how to assemble/disassemble the equipment, choose the practice area and the appropriate kite according to the wind conditions.
It's not necessary to have previous experience. Each student must weigh at least 35 kilos and not suffer medical or physical conditions that may suppose a risk to themselves or to others during the maneuvers of this sport. Any previous illness or injuries should be notified in advance. All participants must be able to swim in open water for at least 15min without assistance.
