Your private tour guide will come to pick you up at your hotel in the evening and start your interesting night tour in MaoKong (located in Wenshan District of Taipei). The area used to be the biggest tea growing area of Taipei. There are many intertwining footpaths which have been used to transport tea. Now, it is a popular place for tea culture and viewing the night scenery of Taipei City.
Upon arrival to Maokong by Gondola, you will have a unique dinner dining experience at a cabin with stylish and innovative interior design. The dining area offers you a great environment to enjoy the beauty of nature since it's right by the hillside of MaoKong mountain and face towards Taipei basin. You will find the dishes here are very special as they are seasoned with Maokong’s famous Tieguanyin (a variety of Oolong tea) and WenShan tea (a local tea from Taipei county).
After dinner, you will have tea tasting session, and your guide will share with you about the tea culture here. Then, leave with the tea aroma to famous Elephant Mountain Trails around 9:00pm, and take a walk at the trails and reach the best viewpoints close to Taipei 101.
After your fantastic night tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Taipei city.

This is a wonderful experience! From the gondola ride offering a scenic view of Taipei 101 to the sumptuous dinner and tea steeping and drinking. The tea houses in Maokong are so pretty and we love the vibes of the place. Our driver/guide, Lawson was truly a delight to be with - such a fine gentleman and he made sure we are well taken cared of!
