This was by far our favorite excursion we’ve ever been on. The staff was great. Tubing was awesome but wouldn’t recommend for younger kids, older adults, or anyone not comfortable in water. A must do!

Thos was a great day with many different activities. Started with zip line course, that was first for us. The tubing section was the highlight! Lots of good rapids and fun swift currents. Volcano pools and horses were fun. Worth your day!!

This trip was amazing. Our driver was fantastic, friendly and helpful. All of the staff at Native's way were friendly and great. We started with a horseback ride through the jungle, and then river tubing. Lunch was delicious and the zip lining course was great. We got the photo package, and the pictures came out awesome. Everything was great. We all had a terrific time. The hot springs were a great way to relax at the end of the day.

This was an amazing excursion and was great value. The tour van picked us up on time and our guide, Martín, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke great English. Can't recommend this enoigh. Make sure to bring lots of sunscreen and a pair close toed shoes to wear in the water for the river tubing.

This was the highlight of our trip! We took the tour from Tamarindo and even though it was a long day, it was worth it! Our driver was Paul and he was amazing. He went above and beyond for our group. The food was fantastic at the buffet lunch. The ziplining did take a little while waiting sometimes but it was fine because our group was chatty and got to know one another. Plan to be gone all day.

We had a fabulous time at Guachepelin. We were picked up by Paul, our driver, tour guide, and escort, at the JW Marriott at 6:00am. Yes, it was a long day, but yes, it was worth it! After picking up several other people at various hotels, we made it to Guachepelin and began our canopy tour. The guys who run the zip lines are professional, safety-conscious, and very nice. The zip lines are incredible, with some going over the trees, while others go across rivers. There is one platform which allows you to repel down and then rock climb back up to the platform. You can choose to do it or not. There’s also a Tarzan swing from one side of the river to the other. It was all a blast. After zip lining, we rode horses through the forest. The trail was rocky, but the horses were sure-footed and very well behaved. It was a typical trail ride. The horses followed along, mostly walking, a few slow trots to catch up with horse in front of you. As a seasoned rider, I was pleased to see that they require helmets for the ride. (Actually, all 3 experiences require helmets) We then took a short bus ride to the beginning of the white water river tubing. Each individual has his or her own tube. The ride is crazy, but soooo fun! We were in the tubes for about an hour. You will experience about 25 rapids with some “lazy river” tubing in between. We felt safe the entire time, with the guides helping us through the rapids and bumping us back into the flow of the river. My 17 and 20 year old daughters wanted to go again after we were done. It was about 2:15 when we returned to the lobby area and then we went to the dining room and ate a typical Costa Rican meal. After, we got back into our van with Paul and drove to the hot springs for a dip. It was well with the time and cost of this amazing day!

My husband and I had a blast on this excursion. The ziplining portion was more than I thought it would which turned out to be amazing! Since we were on our honeymoon, we felt it was worth them taking the photos so we didn't have to worry about the hassle of keeping up with our phones or go-pros. You get so hot after ziplining and horseback riding that it was nice to cool down with the river tubing which was so much fun. I highly recommend this excursion!

the tour was amazing. the water tubing was so much fun. it had rapid falls and was relaxing in between. our tour guide was great! he was helpful and he was very fun. everyone there was just so warm and nice. when we did the zip lining, there was one you jump off, please make sure ladies that your nails are cut because you have to climb the wall once you land and you don't want to rip your nail off. highly recommended to have water shoes since you'll be doing the water tubing. we also did a mud bath and hot spring. it was very enjoyable. the hot springs are man made but the water is geothermic water heated from the volcano. they also have waterfalls in the same park so if your interested in doing more activities you can go to the water falls which where so so beautiful. highly recommended.
