Jungfraujoch : excursion d'une journée au toit de l'Europe au départ de Zurich

Train journey by Cogel wheel Train was very thrilling. The weather on the day of our visit was very good (Sunny). I salute to the engineers who have done a great job to make Jungfraujoch an attraction of Europe/Switherland.

Perfect day to see Switzerland! The mountains and landscape were amazing! Our tour guide Kid was awesome! He made sure everyone had photo opportunities and was very informative and funny!

It's really very beautiful and amazing trip.Fascinatin ice covered mountains,numbers of water falls,multiple breath taking scenic views!

Our family had a great time, the sceneries are remarkable. Our guide, Kid D, is very nice he took many beautiful pictures and videos for us. Thank you Kid!

A lot packed into only 12 hours...definitely worth the see if you can afford it. One of the best parts of Switzerland

It was a fantastic tour. We never regret to go to this trip. The top of Europe is really worth going.

Thoroughly enjoyed the cog-wheel train journey and the brilliant views, and the glacier experience at the top of the mountain; so wonderful to feel the glory of reach the peak and click a pic with the Swiss flag! The journey from Zurich was long, with a brief stop at Interlaken giving nice photo opportunity. Overall very good, the trip was very well organised and our guide Kid was brilliant and funny too! Highly recommend, but check whether and time of travel for weather, that quite determines the final experience! For us, the Sphinx observatory didn't offer much views as it was very cloudy, but the weather outside was great for not feel too cold, yet experience snow at the plateau.

It was a memorable trip to cherish for the rest of the life. Our guide Kid was very helpful and funny. He took care of all the persons, especially the senior members. He also took photos for us in all important points. Also helped to see good view points through out the trip. Visibility was very low at the top of Europe, we could only take a glimpse of the glacier for a minute or so. Rest of the time was cloudy, but it all depends on weather conditions and nobody can help on that. Overall a very memorable day spent. I will recommend this trip to all Switzerland visitors.

I would recommend this tour hands down. Great views on the way to the mountains. The Ice Palace was so much fun and the summit experience is worth it. But what made the tour much more fun is Kid, our guide. He's amazing and so funny! He knows exactly where the picturesque views are and alerts us ahead of time to get our cameras ready in "3-2-1-Come on!" He even takes pictures of us with our heads outside the train window for great cinematic shots. He's sensitive to the needs of his clients. He noticed that one lady's camera is running out of juice. He looked for a plug to charge it. My son was feeling nauseous on the way down from Jungfraujoch. He took care of him and kept asking how he's feeling and if he wants to sit down. He's one of the reasons our family will always cherish our Top of the Europe experience.

It was nice planned. We should be having more time in jungfra since 3 hours is not sufficient. Rest the tour guide was good and explained well. Train journey was awesome and hills and mountains are unbelievable experience. This to gray line and the guide barbara. Cheers keep it up.

This Tour has to be on everyone’s list of must do’s!. So much to pack into one day but so worth it. Tour guide kept the group on schedule for multiple train and stops along the way. He made sure we all got some excellent exciting photos along the amazing journey to remember our trip to the top of Europe!

This was a fantastic trip and the views were amazing. The guide Kid was very organized and entertaining, he knew exactly where to take the best photos.

Really enjoyed this trip and our guide Barbara was a joy who provided so much information and helped out so many of us in different ways. Such a beautiful and seemleass excursion that really was worth the cost.

I can't put into words just have incredible this trip was! Our tour consisted of maybe 6-8 people and I was surprised we continued on the tour, we had an entire couch bus to ourselves! Barbara was an amazing tour guide and our bus driver Emil was great as well. This trip was seriously a dream come true for me and I am so so happy the weather was incredible the day we went up. If you are wondering if it is worth it, it is. If you tried to book transportation and admission to these places on your own it would turn our to be even more expensive (viator gets group discounts). Don't spare the money and go on this trip!! You will remember it forever.

Absolutely one of the best my wife and I have experienced.Our guide Kid was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

It was an amazing trip guide, ride, location everything was really good. organized and professional guide was so knowledgeable and friendly and it’s a must do trip breathtaking views are just amazing, I could’ve never imagine that I can go on the mountain but they made it possible it was really smooth ride with very less physical activities and it’s wasnt really cold at all so I had a great time.

Clouds, drizzle, and snow showers (on the mountain) made for a dismal day. Hopes had been high for my husband and me, along with the $500 price tag for travel for two. Received a small book describing the site, provided by the tour, but only at the end of the trip. Having the book up front would've helped to prepare for the site (there are things to see indoors) and to pass some of the time in transit.We also missed having a hand-out that included an agenda/time table plus a map.The day (combining bus and train travel) was extra long because we had to collect and drop off two passengers in Lucerne. No music or videos were offered to enliven the bus ride.Our guide's English was hard to understand. My husband and I often travel abroad, and I used to teach ESL to adults in NYC. Never heard the guide's version of English before. (He's from Thailand.) The guide also had a flippant, joking attitude that wasn't always funny.In fairness, the guide did suggest various spots for photo ops. He also made time to take guests' pictures using our cameras. Several photos he took of me/us were very good. Rather than spend a day like ours, take a chance and buy tix at the last minute. You'll then have a better idea of what weather to expect. Unless you have zero time flexibility, resist the online hype urging you to "book early as these trips may sell out." Our bus had at least four empty seats.Wish I'd read Yelp reviews in advance. I would then have looked for a different tour company.
